Every big decision in life, if you’re married, I think you should do it together. So when I bought this practice five years ago, I knew I would want to work with my wife, Kristen. The business is so important to us and our family.
I think any time you have a teammate that you can trust and you love, that’s going to make a big difference in the way the business is run. So while I do most of the clinical work, my wife helps me a lot with the administrative aspects of running our practice. I couldn’t do it without her. The level of care I want to give my patients — it just wouldn’t be humanly possible without Kristen’s support.
I’m grateful to work alongside my wife, and I know our patients can feel the love when they come to our office. And that’s exactly what we want! We want you to feel that sense of family, that personal touch because we want you to feel comfortable enough to bring your whole family in.
At the end of the day, I really love that my kids see my wife and me running this business together. I hope they see that success in life comes with a lot of hard work and dedication. Whether that’s growing a business or in our relationships with others — it takes teamwork, love, and collaboration.
