This position is a floating position and would require flexibility and the ability to move quickly from working in the front to the back. Our team works closely to provide our patients with the very best care and customer service possible. Duties in the back would include, but not be limited to, sterilizing, organizing materials, jumping in wherever needed to turn rooms, and being on deck to help our two chair side assistants and hygienists. Light chair side assisting would be expected at times as well. Duties in the front include, but are not limited to, answering the phones, greeting patients, verifying insurance, hygiene recall, data entry, making appointment confirmation calls, helping our office manager and scheduling coordinator in any way needed. We have a patient first, followed by team, and then self mentality. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, extremely positive, friendly, and is a team player.
