Not everyone has dental insurance. We understand that. But everyone needs dental services. We understand that, too, which is why we've created our membership plans. These plans are designed to make our services more affordable to you.
Our membership plans cover annual cleanings, x-rays, and examinations for oral cancer, airway evaluation, and other dental issues. Plans can be financed at a low monthly rate or paid in full annually. We offer several plans, so you can choose which is best for you and your family.

This includes an oral cancer screening, Airway evaluation, TMJ evaluation if needed, intra-oral pictures, nutritional counseling, and oral-systemic health counseling PLUS
Designed for the patient who has a history of gum disease (previous gum therapy/ “deep cleaning” or chronic areas of inflammation. This is highly recommended for anyone who has dental implants as well.

If you're unsure which plan is best for you, simply visit with one of our team members. If you are new to our practice, Dr. Endicott will let you know if he recommends a specific plan for you at your first exam.
Keeping up with regular appointments is the sole responsibility of the patient. We're sorry, but we do not give refunds for unscheduled or missed appointments.
Credit and debit cards are accepted, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We will need to keep a current card on file for those opting for the month-to-month membership option.
You can begin using your plan the day you sign up! Your plan is good for one year of service from the date you sign up. Renewal rates may be subject to change.
This plan is for our patients who do not currently have dental insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot apply any other discounts along with this plan.
